El Potrero Chico (EPC) is located just outside the quaint town of Hidalgo, Mexico. The climbing ranges from five star single pitch routes up to 23 pitches. The multipitch climbing is a great way to get off the ground quickly. With easy travel, short approaches, spectacular views, and cheap tacos, there is not much more you could ask for in a climbing area. The warm weather makes EPC a great winter vacation. We offer private guiding wether you are looking to climb the long multipitch or push yourself on single pitch routes. We also offer instructional courses. You can either choose from our existing courses shown below. Or you can create your own course, just let us know what skills you would like to learn!

2:1 $225 per person per day (Max ratio for multipitch climbing)
3:1 $180 per person per day (Singe pitch/ course rate only)
4:1 $145 per person per day (Single pitch/ course rate only)

Logistics
Please note that food, travel and lodging is not included in the cost of courses or guiding. We can work with you to organize travel. We are also happy to povide recomendations for food and lodging which is quite affordable in Hidalgo.
