GLACIER MOUNTAINEERING COURSE
This course covers the basics of glacier travel and crevasse rescue. We will spend our time camped on the side of Mt Shuksan practicing skills on the glacier. This course also includes a summit attempt of one of the most beautiful peaks in Washington!
The Sulfide route is the perfect introduction to glacier mountaineering.
All guides are AMGA Certified Alpine Guides.
Our glacier mountaineering courses are usually 5 days to include a summit of Mt Shuksan. We can also set up just the skills portion, which would be a 3 day course. Private climbs can be adjusted to be longer or shorter depending on experience and skill.
